Day 2 - Ouch!

Pop! Ah, yes. Don't mind me. That was just the sound of MY LUNGS EXPLODING! If you've never done Insanity, you have no clue how hard it is. If you have, you know what I'm talking about. I was about to collapse and vomit by the end of the routine. But I pushed through most of it (even though I was gasping for air for a big part) and survived 'till the end. Again, I dread doing it tommorow. But in the end, it will all be worth it.
